5.1.5	Redressal of Students Grievances	The Motilal Nehru College (Evening) advocates the empowerment of women and has zero tolerance for sexual harassments. The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of the college remains vigilant to look diligently into the matters related to sexual harassment. Complaint boxes are placed at three different places in college for the reporting of grievances. Boards containing details of all members of the Committee which includes student representatives are has been placed and their details are displayed on the college website. The college also nominates a faculty member to look into complaints relating to ragging. The college administration has remained vigilant and thus no complaints had been received regarding ragging in the college premises. The Staff Advisors to the Student Union worked closely with the student body, dealt with issues through a consultative process with students and focused on finding solutions for contentious issues.
